Every program is estimated from what it really contains: size, embedded SQL, CICS and BMS screens, business rules, risk. Small batch utilities and complex online transactions no longer cost the same.

Plan works on a completed Discover analysis of your COBOL, JCL, BMS and DB2 sources. That analysis is the single source of every number in the plan.

Enter your rate card

Day rates per function and level, internal availability, onboarding where needed. Rates are options, not orders: the planner decides which roles the project really needs.

Generate and review

Backlog, sprints, team, timeline, costs and risk budget in one run. Accept or drop the proposed interface work packages, read the AI review, answer the open questions.

Decide: manual or with Autopilot

Both scenarios are calculated on the same basis and exported separately. A manual plan contains only manual figures, so you can run the project your way.
